This modern extension to a Clapham house has been designed with a young family in mind to give plenty of new room for everyday activities and for entertaining other family and guests. The main run with the induction hob in the centre has tall units with ovens and larder on each side. There is an additional tall unit by the fridge with internal socket points to power the toaster and other appliances.

The island is in a striking dark graphite and is the main preparation area but with seating space for stools on the back. The grey mirror splashback works very effectively to create depth in the room.
